Katy Nordhagen is a global incentives consultant at Cargill where she connects public policy to business innovation and investment. She also leads the global LGBTQ+ resource group to support LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and broader community. Prior to Cargill, she held various positions in the nonprofit sector focused on organizational development and fundraising. Katy has her bachelor of science from the University of Minnesota in urban food systems and social justice. She lives in Minneapolis where she enjoys long walks with her dog around the lakes and singing in a LGBTQ+ chorus.
