Sarah Silva is a civic engagement and public policy community organizer primarily serving immigrants and refugees. Over the years, she has worked tirelessly on various public policy initiatives, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to address critical issues affecting communities. Her dedication to grassroots organizing and public policy has been instrumental in accomplishing the Minnesota legislation known as “Driver's License for All.” A bill that helps break down barriers to getting a job or housing and makes roads safer for all. While she’s not working in coalition meetings, she spends her time off going on nature walks with her dog and exploring new restaurants with different ideas and concepts.
