Mary Hogan is a senior policy analyst with the Community Development and Engagement Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where she focuses on labor market institutions and policies. Before joining the Minneapolis Fed in 2022, Mary worked for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Senate, and the United States Senate. Outside of work, Mary loves running by the Mississippi River, reading novels, and spending time with family and friends. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies from the University of Puget Sound, and a master’s degree in social work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in St. Paul with her husband and young son.
