He is the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions, staff supervisor, in charge of legal advice training, and prosecution of criminal offenders. Mr. Goba is a strong advocate of Zimbabwe's economic and structural adjustment program and the prosecution of crime and related activities. Mr. Goba has bachelor degree in law from the University of Zimbabwe. As a Humphrey Fellow, he will focus on criminal law, criminal justice and management.
