Jamie is married with three school-aged children and has lived in Bloomington most of his life. He is active in his community helping coach youth teams, fund-raising, and volunteering through organizations such as the Lions Club and Optimist’s Club. He proudly serves in the National Guard and his full-time position is the Director of Government Relations for the MN National Guard. In this capacity, he works closely with the offices of the U.S. Senators and Representatives to advise and promote legislative priorities and official communications. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys biking, hiking, golfing, and most outdoor activities. In the winter, he puts up a large hockey rink with full boards and lights on his backyard pond for all the neighborhood. Stop by Nesbitt Pond in the winter for a skate, a bonfire, and hot cocoa!
