    Abdulrahmane Abdul-Aziz is the Itasca project coordinator with the GREATER MSP Partnership where he coordinates cross-sector regional strategy in conjunction with their executive leadership council, and their working team consisting of executive leadership from business, philanthropy, public sector, and private sector CEOs. He drives execution on strategic internal and external bodies of work including leading selection for the National and Minnesota Young American Leaders Program (YALP/MYALP), advancing dialogue on getting CEOs civically engaged, and supporting inclusive economic indicators such as talent recruiting and retention, early childhood development, affordable housing, and workforce development. He earned his master’s degree in sociology and dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Outside of work, he serves as the alumni engagement chair for the New Leaders Council-Twin Cities chapter, and he was a graduate of the NCL-TC class of 2022. You can find him visiting new restaurants, writing, or powerlifting in his free time.
