Assistant Professor Yuan (Daniel) Cheng is one of seven new members named to the Minneapolis Parks Foundation Board in January.

The foundation is the primary philanthropic partner to the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. Cheng’s research explores the changing relationships between local governments and nonprofit organizations, primarily as they relate to parks and recreation services.
